New comer accessibility

Hey, I've seen a few new comers come on to the server and leave the last couple of days. Most asked about starting areas, perhaps putting billboards in the starting towns, where players spawn, indicating 'local problems' such as the Caemlyn Sewers and what not and including directions might help get them started? Some of the starting hunting areas aren't very intuitive to find.
